Optimistic October

Brain breaks are important, especially while in distance learning. We may spend a lot of time on our digital devices and I wanted to give my students a graphic reminder to take breaks as they need them.


Brain breaks:
✔ relieve stress and anxiety
✔ allow us to refocus
✔ encourage us to self-regulate



Being able to come back to a task after a brain break and complete it get it builds confidence and self-esteem.
It might also remind your students that they can work through their challenges and be motivated to keep trying!
